Ingredients

  • 2 pounds russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped bacon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Ingredients: Mix cubed potatoes, diced bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything until the potatoes are coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet for easier cleanup.

Roast: Roast the potatoes on the baking sheet for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and soft.

Serve: Remove baking sheet from oven. Cool the potatoes before serving. Eat these honey-bacon treats warm!
