Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 banana, sliced

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes

Slices of strawberry and fresh pineapple for garnish

Directions:

  • Throw in some frozen strawberries, some coconut milk, some pineapple chunks, some sliced banana, and honey (if using) and see what happens.
  • Chill the mixture by adding ice cubes.
  • Whip at a high speed until the mixture is velvety smooth.
  • Serve the smoothie in cups and top with sliced strawberries and wedges of fresh pineapple.
  • Create the ideal healthy fat-burning beverage by combining my pink drink with water.
